She is survived by: her spouse Thomas H. Smith, Jr.; her children, Barb Malcom (Richard) of Bethany, MO, Jerry Smith, Rick Smith (Katrina), Paul Smith (Kym), Marcia Evans, Alan Smith, Rebecca Lopez (Isaac) and James Smith (Vanessa); and her siblings, Eunice Wall of Cortez, CO, Clayton Hackett and Richard Hackett (Patty). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
