He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Eldon, Sr. and Bernice Jennings; his wife June Perkins; his daughters, Ramona Joy and Rebecca Jill; and his brothers, Wayne Perkins, Jr. and Marvin Perkins, Sr..
He is survived by: his son-in-law Marvin; his daughters, Rhonda Mitchell (Dennis), Roxanne Gregg (Marvin) and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Avery Gregg, Carly, Cale Turner, Randa Shahan, Gracie, Reed Mitchell, Kaylea, Clay and Cohan Mitchell; and his siblings, Shannon Perkins (Wally) of Seymour, IA and Nancy Perkins Robbins of Yucaipa, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the American Cancer Society and Harrison County Hospice.
