He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Richard and Nina Bernice Casady (Christopher). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tanner; his son Pete Madison (Missy) of Chillicothe, MO; his grandchildren, Colby Gillespie and Mecalia Thompson; his great grandchild Hazel; and his siblings, Robert Casady (Sue) of Bethany, MO, Bill Casady (Linda) and Ann Moore (Wayne) of Lee's Summit, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins and many, many friends.
