She is survived by: her husband Byron Cagle; her son Kenny Dowell (Carolyn) of Milan; her sisters, Carolyn Tharp (Glenn) of Chillicothe and Teanah Oswalt (Ronnie) of Chillicothe; and her grandchildren, Gary Dowell (Jessica), Charlie (Sonya), Cali Bachman (Ernest), Justin Dowell (Sarah), Alyssa Dowell (Andy) and Crissia White (John).
