He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Purdun and Mary Purdun (Osborn); his wife Dorothy Eastin; his children, Barb Stuk of Lamoni, IA, Sherry Purdun of Bethany, MO, Andy Purdun (Deanna) of Chariton, IA and Richard Purdun (Tabetha) of Russell, IA; his brother Manley Purdun (Joan) of Hatfield, MO; and his father-in-law Junior Shepherd of Kansas City, MO. He was also cherished by two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law; five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
