He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Melinda Johnson; his stepchildren, Shane Tharp (Amy) and Angie Adams (Brent); and his sister Elaine Turner. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws & sister-in-laws, step grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donation to the Morris Chapel Church.
