He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Scott; his children, Rick Westlake of Blue Springs, MO and Lori Smith (Mark) of Kearney, MO; his son-in-law Mick Lane of Grand River, IA; his grandchildren, Jaime, Jennifer Lane, Jessica Burrow (Tim), Benjamin and Alexandra Smith; and his great grandchild Olivia Burrow.
