He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel O'Neal and Gladys O'Neal (Fitzpatrick); his wife Patricia Barnes; and his brothers, Dean O'Neal, Leroy O'Neal and Billy Ray O'Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy O'Neal of Bethany, MO, Brian O'Neal, Scott O'Neal (Jo) of Trenton, MO and Jeffrey O'Neal (Stefanie) of Bethany, MO; and his siblings, Pat Shepard (Ronnie) of Plattsburg, MO and Mike O'Neal of Trenton, MO. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
