She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Arthur and Mildred Mae Smith (Nally); her husband Harold Carter; and her sisters, Norma Jean and Sherry Perrin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Herrold (Dan) and Becky Walker (Jim); her grandchildren, Seth Herrold (Tiffany), Zach Walker (Lauren Palmer), Benjamin Herrold (Alicia), Ally Cunningham (Brad) and Abbie Herrold; her great grandchildren, Brett Walker, Caroline Walker, Cash Herrold and Rory Cunningham; and her siblings, Mary Lee Chance (Jim) and Lawrence Smith (Lois). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
