He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herbert and Ina Grace Jamis (Stouffer); and his siblings, Herb Jamis, James and Dorothy Kummer.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Johnson; his children, Mike Jamis (Jane) of Bethany, MO, Cathy Smith (Rick) and Jim Jamis (Megan); and his brothers, Frank Jamis (Millie) of Wichita, KS, Robert Jamis, Wayne Jamis (Jan) and Danny Jamis (Sarah). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters and 9 great grandchildren.
