He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Irene Tomes (Bain) and David Frank Tomes; and his siblings, Gary Tomes, Barbra Miller and Carolyn Luper.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Debbie Tomes of St Joe, MO, Sue Willis (Raymond) of Cainsville, MO and Lori Godfrey (Russell); his sisters, Beverly Stevens and Mildred Morrison; and his grandchildren, Jamie Watson (Petey), Jason Willis (Beth), Jeana Kampman (Jason), Matthew Godfrey (Abby), Rob Godfrey, Tyler Godfrey and Chris Godfrey. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
