He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hook and Minnie Hook (Glenn); his siblings, Kyle Hook and Madeline Swartz (Hook); and his daughter-in-law Shawna Hook (Deering).
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Hook (Smith); his children, Deborah Crossley (Steve), Thomas Hook (Beth) and Warren Hook; and his daughter-in-law Pamela Hook. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
