He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenora Irene Barnett (Carver) and Thomas Louis Heckenbach; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his children, Craig Alan (Nikki), Michael Lee (Natalie) of Jameson and Cynthia Ann; his wife Callie A. Kirkpatrick; his child Cyndi (Kenneth) of Cameron; his brother Steve Heckenbach of Atlantic, IA; and his grandchildren, Haylie, Cody, Ashlyn, Kyleigh Huggins, Mikah, Mason Heckenbach, Caitlin Heckenbach, Hannah, Lainie Huffman, Preston Anderson and Jaiden Rainey. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; several cousins and nieces and nephews.
