He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene and Juanita Fern Qualls, Sr. (Carey); and his son Rusty Clinton. He is survived by: his children, Billy Qualls, III (Jenna), Deena Bayless (Ian) and Jacob Whitney; his grandchildren, Devin Patton, Avarie Qualls and Reed Qualls; and his siblings, Debbie Deck, Kathy Hylton and Gary Qualls.
