He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Webber and Lily Webber; his former wife Mildred Natalie Hines; his wife Natalie Webber; his son Phillip Webber (Wendi); his grandchildren, Bailey Parker (Weslee), Wesley Webber (Rachel) and Kyle Webber; his great grandchildren, Lennox, Maddox and Dax Parker; and his sister Crystal Rucker (Edwin). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
