He is survived by: his spouse Judy Carol Meeks; his children, Teresa Eggers (Steve) of Sikeston, Russell Dale Skinner (Elizabeth) of Calvert City, KY and James Darrin Skinner (Tracy) of Sikeston; his siblings, Donnie Skinner of Kevil, KY, Joe Skinner of Paducah, KY and Lenora Hamm of Sikeston; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Brandon, Emalee, Adam, Rilee, Reagann, Andrew and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jackson, Kasen and Brantley.
