He is survived by: his mother Brenda Kay Terrell Pendergrass (Bobby); his sister Jennifer Liepe (Robert); his children, Blake Mackenzie Pendergrass, Alexis Rae Pendergrass and Emyleigh Lynn Pendergrass; his niece Sara; and his brother-in-law Robert Liepe.
