He is survived by: his wife Darlene Terrell; his children, Michael David Hurley (Christy) of Bertrand and Kimberly Darlene Hurley (Danny) of Bertrand; his grandchildren, Aaron, Arianna, Michaela, Gabe, Noah, Jaden and Isaiah; his siblings, Harold Hooper of Bertrand, Rebecca Williams (Jimmy) of Paducah, KY and Kelly Hooper Brown of Paducah, KY; and his half-sisters, Sandy Woodruff (Tommy) of Bardwell and Libby Hooper Merideth of Sikeston. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
