He was predeceased by: his parents, McCellen Dewey Heppe and LaBertha Catherine Heppe (Purl); his wife Linda; and his daughter Alice Jones. He is survived by: his children, Charles Heppe Jr. of Charleston, Gary Heppe of Bertrand, Frank Heppe of New Hampshire, Barbara Matney of Bertrand, MO, Ladonna Heppe of Bertrand, MO and Evelyn VanWinkle of Bertrand, MO; and his brother Earl Heppe of Essex, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 Great- grandchildren, and 1 Great-great-granddaughter.
