He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sharla Jean Rhew Dickerson; his children, Christopher Purdie of Sikeston, Rebecca Workinger (Steve) of Pittsburgh and Melissa Mrazek (Dave) of Pittsburgh; his grandsons, Alex and Tyler Workinger; his brother Neil Purdie (Nancy) of Butler, PA.; and his granddaughter Laura Jean Folmer.
