It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Earl Owens (Bernie, Missouri), born in Dexter, Missouri, who passed away on March 23, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Howard Owens and Ella Mae Gore Owens; his children, Jeffrey Earl Owens (Terra) of Troup, Billy Wayne Owens (Ashley) of Slater, Robert Dale Owens of Marshall, Missouri, Kristie Mae Palmer (Jason) of Bernie, Deanna Chapin of Magnolia and Elizabeth Marie Owens of Eldon, Missouri; and his sister Glenda Whitney. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild; also by other relatives and friends.
