He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Wood; his sons, Scott Spitzer, Jackie of Bernie and Kevin Spitzer (Lisa) of Malden; his grandchildren, Justin Spitzer, B. J. Spitzer, Chris Spitzer, Natalie Zimmerman, Lari Jean Spitzer, Shianne Spitzer and Mica Spitzer; and his siblings, Jo Ann Robinson of El Cajon, California. and Wayne Spitzer of Camarillo, California..
