He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Stephens; his children, Roger Lee Smith (Edna) of Bernie, Missouri and Kathi Jean Masters (Clifford) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, Jared Lee Smith (Nia), Dacia LeAnn Masters and Dana Elizabeth Smith (Kent); his great grandchildren, Anna Chippindale and Lauryn Smith; and his brothers, William "Bud" Smith, Larry Smith and Denny Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
