Though Virginia Mae may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Virginia Mae touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Verna and Lunie Mae Rogers Sapp; her spouse Marion Edward Borders; her sons, Charles Edward Borders of Lilbourn, MO and Timothy Mark Borders; her granddaughter Candace Borders; and her siblings, Ellis D. "Buck" Sapp, Junior Sapp, Carl Sapp and Bea Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicky Armstrong of Poplar Bluff, MO; and her daughter-in-law Terri Borders of Dexter, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bradshaw Funeral Home (1005 S Madison St, Malden, MO 63863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
