He is survived by: his wife Hazel Miller; his brothers, Paul Morgan of Bernie, Dale Morgan of Bernie and Lester Morgan; his stepbrother Charlie Blue; and his siblings, Wendy Fisher of Searcy, Arkansas, Bill Blue, Harlene Wyatt and Barbara Moore. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
