He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Palmer Jr. and Dorothy Beatrice Robinson Palmer; his stepmother Annie Lee Farr Palmer; his daughter Rhonda Ann Palmer; and his siblings, Jackie Wayne Palmer Sr., Rita Burch, Linda Jane Ford and Debra Kay Palmer.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Gene Palmer Jr. (Carolyn) of Bernie, Missouri and Jason Blair Palmer (Kristie) of Bernie, Missouri; and his siblings, Larry Palmer of Bloomfield, Johnny Palmer (Sheri) of Bernie, Randy Palmer (Vivian) of Tampa, Florida, Linda Fay Merritt and Sandra Kay Cryts. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren; also by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
