He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Coburn of Bernie, Missouri; his children, Amie McDonald (Brett Stovall) of Ore City, Stacie Jackson (Damien) of Lafayette, Kylie Cortez (Roger) of Basile, Seanna Unterburger of Youngsville, Louisiana, Brice Fontenot of Youngsville and James Fontenot (Leslie) of Whitehouse, Texas; the mother of his children Marie Brazzel (Frank) of Ville Platte, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Jace, Elody, Isabelle, Grace, Ryley, Ross, Brynn, Jax, Malaina, William and Ethan.
