He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Segal Owens and Etta Mae Rosenbalm. He is survived by: his wife Ann LaDawn Livingston; his children, Rodney Dale Owens of Bernie, Missouri, Richard Dwight Owens (Brittney) of Bernie, Missouri, Christopher Scott Spitzer (Stacey) of Bernie, Missouri and Natalie Dawn Zimmerman (Tony) of Bernie, Missouri; his siblings, Robert Owens of Bernie, Everett Owens of Puxico, Terry Owens of Utica, Charles Owens of Wappapello, Missouri, Kathryn Kirkpatrick of Bernie, Missouri, Carolyn Stone of Bernie, Missouri and Marilyn Morgan of Bernie, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kara Owens, Macayla Owens, Kelsey Spitzer, Caidyn Spitzer, Rallen Owens, Chandler Spitzer, Blair Pleimling, Brynlee Owens, Drake Zimmerman, Baylor Owens, Blakely Owens and Cooper Zimmerman; and his siblings, Glen Owens, Carlin Owens, Jim Owens, William Henry Owens, Dorothy Stobaugh, Betty Slinkard and Nancy Joan Owens. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
