It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Sayers (Bernie, Missouri), born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Sayers and Aline Sayers (McBride); and his siblings, Donna R. Cleaver, Beverly Sayers and Lawrence G. Sayers of Illinois.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his stepdaughter Kristi Sartori of Malden, Missouri; his grandsons, Cody Allen Davidson and Aaron Miller; and his siblings, Steve Sayers, Larry Sayers, Phyllis Blair (Brian), Shirley Lacey (Daun), Robbie Sayers, Debra Dagit (Roy), Mark Sayers and Mike Sayers (Colleen).
