She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Jessie Lillian Pullum; her children, Scott Allen Duncan and Beverly Ruth Lacy; and her siblings, Arlie Richard Lewis and Esther Carol Richmond.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Lacy (Kimberly) of Dexter, Missouri, Diana Barr (Robert) of Dexter and Melinda D. Lacy-Myers of Spring, Texas; and her siblings, John Lewis of Sikeston, Missouri and Julia Taylor of Advance, Missouri. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; also by many Nieces and Nephews and other relatives and friends.
