He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter Tillmon and Edith Marie Tillmon; and his sisters, Doris "Janie" Eaves and Lois Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tillmon; and his children, Michelle Jo Blaylock (John) of Hartselle, Alabama, Lee Tillmon of Jacksonville, Florida, Sherry Louise Lang (Mark) of Dexter, Missouri, Tina Marie Smith (Cean) of Stafford, Missouri, Robert Welsey Tillmon (Shirley) of Sturgis, Michigan, Joshua Lawrence Tillmon (Renee) of Burr Oak, Michael Walter Tillmon (Frednica) of Washington and D. C. Larry. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
