He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Willard and Birdie Pearl Johnson Willard; and his daughter Carol Sue Eads. He is survived by: his wife Florence E. Horn Willard; his children, Debra Jean Harrison of Bernie, Jonalene Hatley (Lanny) of Gideon, Patricia Provance (Chuck) of Clarkton and John Eugene Willard, Jr. (Patty) of Malden; and his grandchildren, Sunny Borders, Erika Balderas, Lacey Slagle, Benjamin Provance, Zachary Provance, Dana Jones, Doug Harrison, David Harrison, Darla Harrison, Timothy Harrison and Jessy Alsup.
