He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Perkins and Roberta Poplin Perkins. He is survived by: his spouse Judy Cox; his son Tyler Perkins (Cindy) of Bernie, Missouri; and his grandsons, Dylan Perkins, Garrett Perkins (Amber) and Evan Perkins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
