It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Summers of Bernie, Missouri, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Summers of Bernie, MO. and Frances Pauline Summers of Bernie, MO.; his wife Debra Summers; his children, Christopher Summers (Laci) of Jackson and Sarah Summers (Mike Crowden) of Cape Girardeau; his stepdaughters, Angelica Pfannenstiel (Brandon Clayton) of Gideon, Allie Jenkins (Gene) of Bernie and Christina Alvarado (Abraham) of Converse, TX.; and his brothers, Larry Summers (Kendra) of Bernie and Richard Summers (Kimberly) of Jackson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, five step-siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Due to COVID-19, Graveside services will be held at a later date at Bernie Memorial Cemetery with his daughter, Sarah Summers, and son, Christopher Summers, officiating.
