He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blocker and Wilda Provance; and his brother Norman Winchester. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hardin; his children, Cory Blocker of Dexter, Missouri and Sarah Kingree of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his sisters, Debbie Reece of Bernie and Tcheanina Watkins of Bernie; and his grandchildren, Shyann Jines, Luke Blocker, Lawson Blocker, Adyson Kingree, Ava Kingree and Kanon Kingree.
In lieu of flowers the family requests all memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63132-3253.
