He is survived by: his son-in-law Richard Gourley of Malden, Missouri; his brother Ira Rush (Sylvia) of Marble Hill, Missouri; his sister-in-law Hazel Rush; his granddaughters, Candy Mitchell (Brian) of Kennett and Tina Duncan (Clarence) of Greenwood, Indiana; his great grandchild Zak Adams; his children, Steve Harold Rush and Schree Ann Gourley; and his siblings, Olin Rush and Mary Warren. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
