He is survived by: his caregiver Carol Ann Green of Bernie; his sons, Kevin Green of Orland Park, Illinois and Shane Green of Orland Park, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Lainey Green, Malley Green and Avery Green. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
