It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sue Whitehead (Bernie, Missouri), born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on July 30, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Clark Sherrod and Maude Redden. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Whitehead; her children, Arnold Clark Matthews of Atoka, Tennessee and Catherine "Cathy" Hale of Malden, Missouri; her siblings, James Sherrod of Senath, Missouri and Mary Anna White of Cedar Hill, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Layton, Ezra and Aiden. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
