He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his children, Stuart Platt (Kim), Sam Platt (Janet Levin), Margo Begley (Brian) and Nina Vogel (Mark). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, the funeral was open only to the immediate family.
