She was predeceased by: her spouse Sidney Faber; her grandson Matthew Neal; her siblings, Florence (Eli Cohen) and Martin (Ruth Kosberg); and her close friend Stanley Rosenblum.

She is survived by: her children, Jay A. Brand (Cindy Vogler), Bart S. Brand (Jodie), Steven E. Faber, Jayne F. Neal (John McNearney) and Terry D. Faber (Holly); her niece Ellen Boime (Alan); her nephew Arthur Cohen (Beth); her grandchildren, Jessica Neal, Benjamin Faber (Katie), Jacob Faber (Ellie Weiss), Rae Guinan (Andrew), George R. Brand (Courtney), Sam Brand and Clara Brand; her great grandchildren, Madalyn, Brooke, Jack Faber and Louis Faber; and her brother Leonard Rubenstein (Jan).

Memorial contributions preferred to Temple Israel, Operation Food Search or The Sidney Faber Criminal Law Award at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
