It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Erwin Kolker Md (Berger, Missouri), who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacquelyn Kolker; his children, Robin Adkins (Michael), Marci Diamond (Ronn), David Kolker and Scott Kolker (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Andrew Adkins (Kerry), Lizzie Slais (Tom), Amanda, Erica Diamond, Sydney, Brooke Kolker, Sierra and Aiden Kolker.
