He is survived by: his parents, Thomas W. Romano I and Charmayne Stamper (Harry); his wife Kimberly Romano; his children, Joseph William Arthur, Michael Hay of Thomas Romano, Steven Black, David Romano, Jacob Black, Marilee White, Kristen Zullo, Rachel Sexton (Terry) and Sarah Black; and his siblings, William Rotroff, Charmayne Sorenson and Tanya Kelley.
