With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Margrabe of Benton, Missouri, born in Dutchtown, Missouri, who passed away on January 16, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Margrabe and Mary Griffin Margrabe of Chaffee; his wife Mary Heuring; and his siblings, Herman, Bob Margrabe, Rita Todt, Norma Dick, MaryAnn Curtis and Doris Margrabe.
He is survived by: his children, Walter Margrabe (Janice) of Cape Girardeau, LaDonna Gregory (James) and JoAnn Easter of Benton; his grandchildren, Matt Margrabe (Christy), Carrie Vance, Kristen Martin (Jacob), Aaron Margrabe (Danielle), Jeannie DeVault (Nathan), Raymond Beasley (Angie), James Lee Gregory (Jami), Christy James (Brian) and Katherine Easter; and his brother Lawrence Margrabe of Florissant. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to St. Jude's Cardinal Glennon Hospital and St. Denis Church.
