It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrin Paul Blunt of Benton, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Blunt. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Blunt of Essex; his wife Tonya Taylor; his children, Matthew Blunt, Abigail Blunt of Benton, Missouri, Lydia Blunt of Benton, Missouri, Tabitha Blunt of Benton, Missouri and Rebekah Blunt of Benton, Missouri; his brothers, Jason (Shiela Blunt) of Essex, Missouri and Donald; his sister-in-law Teresa Cobb of Scott City; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Blunt (Kristin), Joshua Cobb, Caleb Cobb (Kaitlin), Emily Blunt and Ruthie Cobb. He is also survived by 1 great nephew and 2 great nieces.
