He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Sr and Anna Marie Winkelman, Sr. (Zimmermann). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Celeste; and his siblings, James R. Winkelmann, Jr. (Marie) of Mexico, Dennis Winkelman of Benton City, Steven Winkelman (Celeste) of Benton City, Kevin Winkelman (Kathy) of Martinsburg and Denise Barker (Sam) of Benton City. He is also survived by one aunt, one uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, American Heart Association, American Cancer Association, or St. Joseph Cemetery.
