He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Lewis and Anna Marie Lewis (Beals); and his wife Lynne Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lewis, Terry Daniel Lewis (Michele), Jessie R. Roby (Mike), Connie Randol (Guy) and Stephanie Burks (Mark). He is also survived by four siblings; twelve grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
