She was predeceased by: her parents, Cosmo Scavuzzo and Rosemary Scavuzzo; her husband Phillip E. Cook; and her sister Dena Finnell. She is survived by: her daughters, Bethany K. Woolery, Tiffany R. Goss (Steve) and Cortney J. Mayhew (Brent); her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Jacob, Lucas, Cooper, Ryan and Ella; her great grandchild Copeland; and her sisters, Karla Hageman and Angela Travalent. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
