He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Zawada and Rozalia Zawada; and his wife Ewa Zawada (Kotowski). He is survived by: his sons, Andrzej "Jesse" Zawada (Regina) of Raymore, Missouri and Mariusz "Mark" Zawada (Leisa) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Alex, Devin and Brennen Zawada.
