We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Mina Dell Lacy of Belton, Missouri, born in Deepwater, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Wirsig and Mattie Wirsig (Tally); and her siblings, Eugene, Lyle and Ruth Ann.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Smith; her husband Marvin C. Lacy; her daughters, Linda Tappmeyer (Mark) of Brownsburg, Indiana, Dell Ann Melvin (John) of Arma, Kansas, Kay Jean Bontrager (Gerald) of Xenia, Ohio and Nancy Schroder (Keith) of Lee's Summit, MO; her sister Dixie Atchison (Gerald) of Clinton, MO; her sister-in-law Barbara Wirsig of Deepwater, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Ron Lacy, Marvina Beckerdite (Ron) and Kendall Lacy (Melodee). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Donations to honor Mina may be made to Faith Baptist Church or Beautiful Savior Manor.
