With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Elane Welch in Belton, Missouri, born in Algona, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Harms and Harmka Harms (Ricks); and her husband Patrick Welch. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Welch, Barbara Welch and Michael Welch; her siblings, Gertrude Meinders (Wilbert), Harlan Harms (Pamela), Jerald Harms (Laurie) and Ardith Fisher; her sister-in-law Mary Kay Burtis; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Precious Joi Welch, Stephanie, Skyler and Samantha Houston. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many other nieces and nephews.
